How to Delete Your Selection Staff Account

If you are done with using Selection Staff, you may request the deletion of your account and associated information. However, certain information may be retained for legal and tax purposes. Please read the “Retained Information” section for more details on the retained information.

To delete your Selection Staff account, you may request deletion by emailing our support team at support@selectiongroup.com with relevant details to your request, such as your associated account email and legal name. Once the request is sent, we may email you back to provide you with next steps, such as asking for more information or confirming your identity. You will receive one final confirmation email once your account has been successfully deleted.

Retained Information

Please note that even if your account is deleted, the following information may be retained:

  • 1. Record of employment, including your legal name and how long you were employed by us
  • 2. Work history, such as when and where you worked shifts, roles taken, clients worked for, and hours worked
  • 3. Earnings history, including how much we paid you and when

Unfortunately we cannot delete this information due to requirements set by the United States Department of Treasury and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). We are required to keep track of all of our employees and their payments.
